The hooks are made in Ireland and are known by names such as "Hartman Hook" or "The Irish Hook". They are considered the best hooks on the market. They come in various sizes and handle designs. Currently, the "Ergo" handle hooks are available in the store. The Ergo shape allows for proper finger placement to achieve the desired grip on the tool. Irish yew is used for the handles, which becomes smooth and pleasant to hold after processing. The handles are left untreated with lacquer or oil to preserve the quality of the wood and maintain a tactile experience. Yew is a beautiful wood, predominantly orange or salmon-pink in color with random dark brown stripes and varied textures, meaning no two handles are the same. Over time, the wood darkens to a chocolate-brown hue.

The hooks are made of brass. 
The photo shows hooks in 3 mm and 5 mm sizes. The 5 mm hook is suitable for TikiWool yarn or any other yarn suitable for Oxford 10 and Lavor 5.5 needles. The 3 mm hook is suitable for yarn used with 3-3.5 mm hooks. 
Each hook is handmade and the brass hooks are meticulously rounded and smoothed for easy glide through fabric and smooth loop formation.
